Kayla Gonzalez (she/her)
Yoga Instructor , Facilitator, Space Holder

Hi! I'm Kayla,

I'm a devoted yoga and meditation teacher, sacred space holder, and facilitator rooted in dignity, liberation, joy, and love. As a proud Latina, I weave my cultural heritage and lived experience into every offering—honoring the power of representation and creating spaces where people feel seen, safe, and celebrated.

My mission is to nurture environments that support healing, growth, and authentic connection—spaces where people can remember who they are, reclaim their joy, and return to themselves with compassion and sovereignty.

I hold an RYT 800 certification through Empower Yoga Milwaukee, School Yoga Institute, and Maharishi Yogapeeth, with a focus on intuitive wisdom and holistic psychology. The deep roots of yoga—particularly its origins in India—continue to guide and inspire my path. I’m deeply influenced by Eastern lineages and shamanic traditions, which shape the way I understand healing, transformation, and our relationship to the sacred. I remain committed to honoring these cultural and spiritual lineages with humility and reverence, allowing their wisdom to be at the heart of my work.

My journey has led me through the Himalayas, the Andes, the Caribbean, and Central America—each place offering lessons that have deepened my presence, expanded my worldview, and enriched my offerings. I lead global retreats that invite self-discovery, spiritual inquiry, and collective healing in sacred community.

Whether in workshops, trainings, ceremonies, or everyday classes, my work is anchored in mindfulness, embodied movement, and heart-centered connection. I strive to meet people exactly where they are—gently balancing challenge with ease—and create space to reconnect with breath, body, and inner truth.

I'm honored to share this work across Milwaukee, internationally through trainings and retreats, and virtually with global communities. I look forward to walking alongside others on their journeys of expansion, remembering, and coming home to themselves.

Om Shanti
Peace,

Kayla
