This is a bilingual (English/Spanish) class designed to be inclusive and comfortable for everyone. All needs are met, and no prior experience is necessary.

Join us in community to start your morning with meditation, connection, and reflection. In this gathering, we’ll not only engage in calming meditation but also take time to connect, share, and learn about intentional practices, or sadhana, that nurture inner peace and personal growth. Whether you're new to spiritual practices or have an established path, this space is open to all, regardless of background or experience. It’s a welcoming environment to begin your day with intention and deepen your connection to yourself and your spiritual journey.

Sigue Sanando Satsang - Community Meditation & Gathering

Join us for a Sigue Sanando Satsang gathering, a time for our community to connect, meditate, engage in meaningful conversation, and heal together. Sigue Sanando means 'Keep Healing' in Spanish, and Satsang, from Sanskrit, means 'gathering of truth'—a space for sharing wisdom, deepening understanding, and supporting one another on our journeys. Each session includes a calming meditation to center the mind, followed by an open-hearted discussion on a variety of topics that evolve periodically. Whether you come to simply absorb the energy or to share in the conversation, all are welcome in this inclusive, nurturing space for connection, community, and growth.
