Naman Naman
Retreat Facilitator
Founder of Kumudha Yoga Retreat
Rishikesh, India
Naman began his journey through Indian classical music, where sound, rhythm, and voice became his first teachers. Over time, he came to understand the voice not merely as a means of expression, but as a sacred instrument for inner transformation.
He teaches that the voice carries the energy of consciousness itself—when one chants, sings, or speaks with awareness, alignment with the deeper vibrations of existence naturally arises. This understanding led Naman into the profound study of Vedic music and mantra chanting.
Through the disciplined path of Mantra Sadhana, he discovered that every sound can become a doorway to stillness, and every vibration a remembrance of the divine within. These ancient practices have not only shaped his musical path but have also deepened his spiritual understanding.
Naman shares this wisdom through mantra training courses, workshops, and immersive learning spaces, and also hosts virtual and private courses, making these sacred practices accessible to students around the world. For him, sharing Vedic chanting is more than teaching—it is an offering of healing, silence, and self-discovery through the universal language of sound, inviting others to reconnect with their own inner harmony..
